How the Flash Mob website handles event inquiries and limited usage analytics.
Information you submit
The quote form asks for your event type, selected services, schedule, audience size, budget, location, name, and email. It also accepts a phone number and asks for a company name for business inquiries. These details are sent by email to the Flash Mob team so it can review and respond to your event request.
Website analytics
The website uses PostHog for limited page-view and quote-step analytics when configured. The analytics integration excludes form values, names, email addresses, phone numbers, URL queries, and fragments. Session recording and automatic click capture are disabled. Analytics identifiers are held in browser memory, and the integration respects the browser’s Do Not Track setting.
Hosting and delivery
Vercel serves the website, and Spacemail delivers quote-request emails to the team mailbox. Website requests may be processed by infrastructure providers to deliver and protect the service. The quote endpoint temporarily uses a request IP address for rate limiting and a hash of the request to reduce duplicate submissions.

Give enough context to identify your inquiry, but do not send sensitive identity documents unless the team explains why they are needed. This page describes the website inquiry flow; guest capture, image delivery, and retention arrangements for an event should be agreed as part of that event’s production scope.
