How the Flash Mob website handles event inquiries, visitor attribution, and session replay.
Information you submit
The quote form asks for your event type, selected services, schedule, audience size, budget, location, name, and email. It also accepts a phone number and asks for a company name for business inquiries. These details are sent by email to the Flash Mob team so it can review and respond to your event request.
Website analytics and replay
The website uses PostHog for page views, page exits, clicks, referrer and campaign attribution, visitor profiles, and session replay on public production pages. Browser, device, operating system, language, screen size, and approximate location help us understand visitors and improve the website. Profiles use a first-party browser identifier kept in local storage and a cookie so returning visits can be connected. Visitors remain anonymous until they submit identifying details. After a successful quote request, we link the visitor’s browsing history with the submitted name, email, optional phone and company, and event details including selected services, dates, location, audience size, and budget. Referrer and page URLs in analytics events are reduced to their origin and path; query strings, fragments, and personal click identifiers are not retained. Session recordings are enabled for eligible public sessions, while input fields and quote review or confirmation values are masked before replay data is sent. Click text and element attributes are masked, and drafts or keystrokes are not sent as profile properties. Private portal, studio, and sign-in pages are excluded. The browser’s Do Not Track signal is respected, and a browser or content blocker can still prevent capture.
Hosting and delivery
Vercel serves the website, and Spacemail delivers quote-request emails to the team mailbox. Website requests may be processed by infrastructure providers to deliver and protect the service. The quote endpoint temporarily uses a request IP address for rate limiting and a hash of the request to reduce duplicate submissions.
Location search and maps
Geoapify provides location suggestions in the quote form and venue maps in the event portal. Your browser sends the location text or saved venue address to Geoapify to find and display it on a map. Portal map requests do not include client contact details, proposal prices, event IDs, or sign-in links. The map does not request your device location. Choosing Get directions opens Google Maps with the venue address.

Give enough context to identify your inquiry, but do not send sensitive identity documents unless the team explains why they are needed. This page describes the website inquiry flow; guest capture, image delivery, and retention arrangements for an event should be agreed as part of that event’s production scope.
